Every Samowra piece is handmade, so small marks and colour variations are part of its character and not defects.

Damaged in transit

Plaster is delicate. If your piece arrives broken, record an unboxing video and message us within [48 hours] of delivery. We will [send a replacement / issue a full refund].

Returns

Cancellations
